Favour Awharen a motivational speaker, a counselor, an astute administrator, a dynamic and energetic resource person with a passion for transformational growth among young people. She is a passionate Music Minister, a song writer, a recording music artiste and an ordained Minister of the Gospel who has been privileged to minister on several platforms.

Favour Awharen has a deep-seated desire to teach, empower and mentor the next generation. She is a graduate of Lagos State University, Ojo, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

She had over 8 years of working experience with several educational institutions before going into the Non-Profit Sector where she has had over 15 years of experience. She has also been groomed and has embarked on several certifications in the area of Human Resource Development, Human Capital Development and Emotional/Mental development and empowerment, having undergone special trainings and courses in these fields. She is currently the Assistant Church Administrator of Calvary Bible Church, Idimu and the Head, Human Resources of the Ministry’s Administrative Office.

She seats on board several organizations, some of which includes “The Entrepreneurship Academy” where she also facilitates several courses. She also seats on board Opolo Ati Ewa Women Empowerment Initiative where she currently serves as the Chief Administrator and a member of the faculty.

She is the Principal Consultant of Blue Beacon Concepts – a Youth Empowerment, Personal Development/Capacity Building/Training Outfit, also tailored towards helping women discover purpose and assignment and helping them maximize their emotional strength and embrace opportunities to fulfill their purpose.
